No, Fynture is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. We do not offer investment advice or financial planning under SEBI’s RIA framework. Any educational or informational material we share is incidental to our distribution services.

Investing via Fynture

To begin, complete a simple onboarding process including e-KYC, risk profiling, and suitability assessment. Once done, you can explore and invest in mutual funds, PMS, and AIFs through our partner platforms. To start your journey with Fynture, please book a meeting with our executive.

LAMF stands for Loan Against Mutual Funds. It allows you to pledge your mutual fund units to access short-term credit without redeeming your investments. This can help meet urgent liquidity needs while keeping your long-term portfolio intact.

PMS and AIFs are primarily suited for high-net-worth individuals. PMS typically requires a minimum of ₹50 lakh, and AIFs generally start at ₹1 crore. We help eligible clients complete necessary documentation and access these products via SEBI-registered partners.

Yes, NRIs can invest through Fynture depending on their country of residence and the acceptance norms of Indian AMCs. We support you with KYC, FATCA/CRS compliance, and can coordinate with partner banks or custodians for smoother investment journeys.

Safety, Compliance & Regulation

Your money is invested directly in your name through SEBI-registered AMCs, PMS managers, and platforms. We do not handle client funds. All transactions are traceable and compliant with Indian regulatory frameworks.

FATCA (Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act) and CRS (Common Reporting Standard) are global frameworks that prevent tax evasion. If you're a tax resident outside India, you're required to submit additional declarations for compliance.

LRS allows Indian residents to remit up to USD 250,000 per financial year abroad for permissible purposes - including investments. If you're looking to invest globally or remit funds for education or family support, we can assist with the process via authorized partners.

Performance, Monitoring & Exit

Fynture provides portfolio tracking tools that aggregate your holdings across mutual funds and other platforms. You’ll have 24x7 access to a dashboard for viewing performance, allocation, and transaction history.

You can redeem or switch your units through your investment dashboard or by requesting assistance from our service team. All such transactions are routed through AMCs and are processed as per standard timelines.

While most investments do not come with a lock-in, this is dependent on the investment - For instance, ELSS funds have a 3-year lock-in. Some funds may levy exit loads if redeemed early. These terms are disclosed at the time of transaction and included in the fact sheets.

Education & Insights

Yes, we periodically publish educational content such as market updates, product insights, and fund reviews. This content is intended for general information and should not be treated as investment advice.

Incidental education means that while executing transactions or providing access to platforms, we may share relevant product insights, explain concepts, or offer informational material - all without providing formal financial advice.

Documentation & Support

For Indian residents: PAN, Aadhaar (linked to a mobile number), bank account, and signature.
For NRIs: Passport, visa, overseas address proof, and NRE/NRO account details. Additional documents may be needed depending on the investment type.
However, for various investments, additional information will be required and shall be conveyed to you when you opt for specific investments.

Yes. You can revise your risk profile, nominee, or bank details by submitting a simple request through our service desk. We help route it to the respective platform or AMC.
